1. I am not receiving emails from Litterboy
If you have contacted us recently but have not yet received a reply, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or e-mail client may be blocking e-mail from Litterboy.com. If you suspect this is happening, please consult the help section of your e-mail program to see how to relax the settings that filter or block mail, or how to add Litterboy.com to your "safe domains" list. Once you have established that you should be able to receive mail from us, please contact us again with your question.

2. Are your products NEW or Factory Refurbished?
All of our Products are Brand New - Not Manufacture Seconds or Refurbished. Being that we are an Internet Retailer many products will ship in "Plain Box" version, since a display box is not needed and adds the overall shipping cost, if you have questions about a certain product - please ask.

3. Do you accept returns?
Yes, We will accept returns that are new, unused (Items that have been used cannot be returned) and all original accessories and packaging / wrapping materials are present / intact). All Products that meet the above conditions returned to us are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (Shipping Charges are non-refundable) After 15 days, please refer to the manufacturers warranty for your product.

** Returned items that were shipped to the customer with "free shipping" will have the actual shipping and any handling fees deducted from the refund.**

**Items that are refused delivery by the purchaser will be assessed a $5 refusal fee in addition to the return shipping charges. **

All Returns require a Return Authorization Number, please contact us at Orders@litterboy.com Please return merchandise insured with prepaid shipping. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be honored.

If any product is received damaged please retain packaging material for UPS / USPS inspection and claim. Contact us at Orders@litterboy.com

Credit will be issued after inspection of the product and the return requirements stated above are met. DO NOT return damaged or used products, credit WILL NOT be issued for damaged or used products.

*** Please do not affix ADDITIONAL labels or stamps to the retail box of the product.


4. Is there a guarantee your products?
Each product offers a Manufacture Warranty. Each manufactures warranty varies in length and coverage. If you have questions, please email us at sales@litterboy.com

5. What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
In order to keep our prices low, we do not have operators available to take orders over the phone. You can then give us your credit card number by fax 360-474-1700. We will accept Check or Money Order via the Mail. Contact us via email at Orders@litterboy.com

6. Do you offer faster delivery?
Yes, some items may be shipped at UPS Overnight, 2nd day or 3 day delivery. Many items have these options available upon checkout. Due to the size of some items overnight, second day delivery may not be on option. We will be glad to give you a quote. Contact us: Orders@litterboy.com please provide your mailing information and which item's you are interested in.

7. I'm looking for a certain pet item not on your site, can you carry this or special order?
You Bet! We would love to hear your suggestions or special requests for pet merchandise. Just email us at sales@litterboy.com

8. Mailing Lists
We do not sell, give, trade any of our customer information to anyone!!

9. How soon will my order ship?
We take great pride in shipping your order extremely fast. Orders will ship within 24 hrs (or sooner). UPS Orders ship M-F , USPS orders ship M-F

10. Do you ship out of the Country?
Yes we do with limitations. The ability to ship certain items does vary country to country. Please contact us for shipping quote at Orders@litterboy.com. We reserve the right to correct the shipping charges on our site. If there is a discrepancy between actual and Website quoted shipping amount, we will contact you with the correction before we process the order.

11. Can I figure out the shipping costs without checking out?

Shipping rates are based on your zip code. To get the shipping costs:

  • Select the item's you are interested in.
  • Proceed to the checkout
  • Enter your zip code.
  • Your shipping options will now display. providing you both UPS and USPS rates if applicable.
  • You may now either proceed or cancel your order.

12. Do you Manufacture your products?

No, Litterboy.com does not Manufacture any of the products we sell, but we do research / test each product before its added to our inventory / site.


13. Do you guarantee my Pet will use the product?

We at Litterboy believe in all the products we sell, each product is researched before it’s added to our inventory. Litterboy Pet Products does NOT MANUFACTURER any of the products we sell and cannot guarantee pets willingness to use it.  Only you can determine your pets’ willingness to use a product.


14. Do you take phone orders?

Since we are an Internet company, of course we prefer for orders to be placed over our website using our SECURE shopping cart, but we do offer FAX ordering 360-474-1700 or you can call Cherie at 425-791-2533  she will be glad to take your order over the phone.  Fax order form is available on our homepage lower left menu bar.
